Hi friends – Jared here. Wanted to let you know about two exciting Winemaker Dinners we have coming up here soon.

May 21st, we’re welcoming Martin Dicuzzo, owner and winemaker at a really exciting winery out of Argentina, Magna Montis. Martin is a sommelier by training, and after working in various positions in the wine industry around the world, he returned home to the Uco Valley and began making elegant, terroir-driven, low-intervention wines. I consider him to be at the forefront of a fresh wave of winemakers emerging from the region, showcasing the world-class potential of wines produced at the incredibly high altitudes of the Andes Mountains.

June 5th, Andy Peay will be in the house. Andy and his brother Nick planted Peay Vineyards 27 years ago, in the far western extreme of the Sonoma Coast of California. In the cold and foggy hills of their estate barely 4 miles from the Pacific Ocean, they focus on Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah. To say the wines are special would be an understatement. These wines speak to a sense of place and artistry in a way few others in the region or world can match.

Chef Thomas will be creating a unique tasting menu for each dinner. If you’ve been to one of our wine events before, you know how fun these menus can be — he uses these one-off dinners to explore ingredients, cuisines, and techniques that don’t typically appear on our regular menu, all in service of highlighting the wines.

Tickets are already moving, but some are still available through our OpenTable page. We look forward to welcoming you in soon, whether it be for a Winemaker Dinner, a casual walk-in to our bar, or a tasting menu with pairings at one of our tables.

P.S. If you’d like to receive email announcements about future wine dinners, just send us a message with your email and I’ll add you to our mailing list.
