The “Beer Me 500” downtown Indianapolis is now in the rearview!
Massive thanks to @CraftBeerBrew @HopSteiner @DeutscheBeverage @OmegaYeast and @PrairieMalt for trusting us to host them for what was the BIGGEST event in our HISTORY!
We were asked to host 1200 people, but our capacity is 400… lol 😂so we had to get creative. We reached out to @IndianapolisPolice and they helped us shut down the street and we had ourselves a bit of a block party! 🤘🥳
Our fleet of 16-passenger HandleBars were picking up The Craft Brewer’s Conference attendees at The Convention Center and bringing them to The Hangar (and also offering them short tours around the city throughout the party)
45 kegs of craft beer were deleted and our staff was wow’d by how well behaved everyone was. #Professionals
We made 500 custom “Beer Me 500” t-shirts for the event on our t-shirt press and let people shoot them out of our stadium grade launcher! 😂
The Indy 500 4-person racing sims were a HIT!
And last but not least, props to our staff for “knocking it out of the park”!! We now have an idea to make our Colts tailgates… Block Parties! 🤞😎
